In the evening of 12 December, visitors to Villa Tugendhat will be able to enjoy jazz tunes by the onyx wall. A jazz band named OZ JAZZTure and singer INKA will present an evening full of famous and lesser-known standards. The performance will be spiced up with pieces by accordionist Ondřej Zámečník and singer INKA.

OZ JAZZture and INKA

OZ JAZZture is a jazz band whose repertoire consists mostly of authored pieces by accordionist Ondřej Zámečník that completely changes the traditional jazz sound by combining unusual instrumentation that brings an extraordinarily varied range of colours and harmonies. Musicians: accordion – Ondřej Zámečník, flute – Ladislav Muroň, piano – Tomáš Vrtek, bass guitar – Pavel Dobeš, percussion – Adam Sikora.

INKA, a young singer and poet whose work represents a connection of beauty and depth of the Czech language with emotion and power of the female voice. This combination is emphasized by the sophisticated instrumental component with elements of film music, co-authored by accordionist Ondřej Zámečník. INKA’s singing reflects the experience she gained from across the musical spectrum (classical music, jazz, pop, rock). She presently focuses mainly on jazz singing and creative writing.
