After evaluating the functionality of the new booking procedure for 2020, the efficient use of reserved tour spots and the clients’ payment ‘discipline’, we are forced to introduce a new procedure for booking group tours in Villa Tugendhat with effect from 2 March 2020.
By “group tour”, we continue to understand those who would like to visit Villa Tugendhat with 16 or more visitors. From 1 May 2020, such groups will be able to make a reservation in the system for the following 9 months (see below; for this year, the reservation system is still open until December 2020), with additional dates opening month by month. Here is an overview of the dates:

The following conditions must also be fulfilled:
- An order can only be made by email to groups@tugendhat.eu – telephone reservations will not be accepted.
- The daily capacity reserved for group tours is max. 3 tours per day (= max. 48 people). The rest of the tours (i.e. five other groups) are intended for individual visitors.
- It is possible to order max. 48 tickets (= 3 sightseeing groups) for one client within one calendar month.
- A group tour must be paid via invoice at least 10 days before the tour.
Clients with a valid reservation from April 2020 onwards will be contacted in the coming days regarding the payment and payment terms of the booked dates.
