On Monday 11 December, the room by Tugendhat's onyx wall will be dedicated to jazz and swing melodies, which will be played for the audience by the trio of the famous Brno guitarist Milan Kašuba, complemented by singer and saxophonist Jiří Duchoň.

Milan Kašuba (*1940) undoubtedly belongs to the legends of the Czech jazz scene. Originally a goldsmith, Milan Kašuba found his primary occupation as an outstanding jazz guitarist, composer and music teacher. His greatest achievements include two victories at the international jazz festival in Kroměříž.

In Villa Tugendhat, the trio of Milan Kašuba will feature: Oldřich Svoboda – double bass, Roman Kobiela – drums, Milan Kašuba – guitar and Jiří Duchoň – saxophone, clarinet, vocals. Before the concert, all viewers are invited to a small welcome drink on the technical floor, after which the famous evergreens will be heard in the main living room of Villa Tugendhat, together with Christmas tunes in jazz and swing arrangements.
