Villa Tugendhat, an independent department of the Brno City Museum, is newly offering regular educational programmes for students of pre-schools, primary schools, secondary schools and universities.
Object teaching (the villa as an art object, the villa as a narrator of both minor and major history) will be employed in order to develop critical thinking amongst the students. This will include the placing of Villa Tugendhat and its architect into the domestic and world cultural context.
The programmes are focused on school groups with the capacity consequently set at the usual number of students in one class. This number cannot exceed 25 students for safety reasons.
