19 – 26 August 2019 – THE VILLA IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.
On 19 - 26 August 2019, the entire premises of Villa Tugendhat (including the garden) is completely closed to the public for a maintenance week during which extensive sanitation and repair works will take place. These cannot be carried out during a regular opening regime with tours. Due to the extent of the works and the necessity to carry them out in suitable weather conditions, visitor tours are completely excluded. The dates 19 - 26 August 2019 were not offered for sale and thus no reservations will be cancelled. The last maintenance week in Villa Tugendhat took place on 17 - 31 April 2017 and it is a regular part of building maintenance and care.
