A meeting with the legend of Czech theatre and film, Mr. Jan Kačer. Actor and director, suffering and stuck in the time of normalization, yet also a supreme creator and performer of legendary productions of the National Theatre in Prague, the Vinohrady Theatre and the State Theatre in Ostrava, co-founder of the Činoherního klub theatre in Prague. His views and strong stream of thought found their application on the political scene after the Velvet Revolution of 1989. The Glass Room will witness a unique visit by this "national" artist on the penultimate evening of September. An evening of memories, thoughts, opinions, readings and film demonstrations is moderated by Martin Dvořák.

Admission: 400 CZK / person
Capacity is limited, prior ticket purchase required.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.tugendhat.eu from 25 August.
Visitors are required to wear a face mask in the interiors of Villa Tugendhat.
A tour of the interior is not part of the programme.

Spectator participation is possible only with the upper respiratory protection applied.
