The May meeting in Villa Tugendhat will present Mrs. Táňa Medvecká – a key actress of the National Theatre in Prague, holder of two Thalia Theatre Awards and the Czech Lion Film Award. With her rich expressive portfolio of and acting intelligence, she has entered the history of Czech theatre as well as television, film and dubbing. You can currently see her on the stage of the National Theatre and in the new production of the dramatization of Erben's ‘Bouquet’ by the SKUTR director tandem. We devoted our May evening in the Glass Room to this unique book, a national classic and at the same time the source of fear of our childhood. Themes such as love and death, the relationship between mother and child, man and woman or man and nature will also be the subject of conversation with Martin Dvořák, accompanied by pianist Eliška Vomáčková.
