The siblings Rudolf, Alfred and Benno Löw-Beer took over the running of the company at the end of the 19th century. These three brothers married the three Wiedmann sisters from Vienna: Rudolf with Edita, Alfred with Marianne and Benno with Hansi. Rudolf and Benno and the families lived in Svitávka in the so-called Large Villa built in 1900-1901 (the authorship is still unknown). Alfred built the so-called Small Villa in the adjoining park in 1906 according to a design by the builder Josef Nebehosten (1852-1921).
