Villa Tugendhat was placed under the authority of Brno City Museum (MuMB) as of 1st of July 1994 which placed replicas of the original furniture in the main living area and made it available to the public as an installed monument of Modern architecture.
A year later, on 16th of August 1995, Villa Tugendhat was declared a National Cultural Monument.
