The exhibition “Mies van der Rohe (Structures and Interiors – Stuttgart, Barcelona, Brno)” took place in the Brno House of Arts from 17th of December 1999 up until 13th of February 2000 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the death of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. A collection of plans, photographs, models and original furniture, prepared by VITRA DESIGN MUSEUM (Weil am Rhein) was on exhibit; the curator of the exhibition was Pavel Liška. The International Symposium “Villa Tugendhat: its Significance, Reconstruction, Future” took place as part of the exhibition over 11th-13th of February 2000 in the Brno House of Arts.
