By car:

In 2021, road traffic in the vicinity of Villa Tugendhat is limited by the extensive closure and roadworks on Lesnická Street, which considerably limits the possibilities of parking in the vicinity of the villa.

There is no parking reserved for visitors in the immediate vicinity of the villa; you can park without paying in the streets around Villa Tugendhat, depending on the current traffic situation. If you’re planning to come by car, especially on weekdays, count on the fact that a parking space is not always easy to find.

The nearest possibility of reserved parking is in the underground parking garage on Moravské náměstí (from there, take a tram from “Moravské náměstí” stop to the “Dětská nemocnice” stop (2 stops) and then take a 10-minute walk to Villa Tugendhat).
